Go to FreePBX administration page, click on the Trunks menu and add SIP trunks with the following settings:
You will need to create 2 trunks, one for each ip. You can leave registration string empty.

Please, make sure you have defined extensions within a context [from-VirtualHub] in extensions.conf, otherwise you need to add context="your context" in sip.conf under the created trunk above.
Now click on Inbound Routes and add your DID number (full number, including the country code) and map it to your desired extension or IVR.
